I've never been prompted with a warning when deleting an appointment in Outlook. Are you referring to a hard-delete? Take a look in tools, options, other, advanced. the first checkbox is to enable/disable this option.

Hi Mike, Thank you for your reply. I am not talking about the hard-delete. That option is already enabled in my outlook. I am talking about deleting mutiple emails which is grouped (by sender, in my case). It used to prompt me earlier, with an option to suppress it, and my bad, I selected that option. Now it does not prompt me for confirmation when deleting a group. Regards, Vinod K

The warning message outlook gave earlier was: "This action will apply to all items in the selected groups. [ ] Please do not show me this dialog again. <OK> <Cancel>"
