Outlook 2003
I have tried on numerous occasions to set up a pop3email account for my other half in outlook. We both are set up on Windows xp as administrators. We have different email addresses on the same account. When I download my emails I get the other half's as well, and visa versa. - How can I set the system up so that we can each receive our own emails and not each others?

You can create 2 Outlook profiles. In each profile, configure a single POP3 email account, and a single set of personal folders. Select the option to "choose profile when starting Outlook". When you or your other half starts outlook, just select the correct profile and you will only see/download your own messages.
