Outlook / Saving emails to client directories

In an older version of Outlook, using Microsoft Exchange Server, I seem to remember that we were able to display our system files, thereby allowing the ability to drag emails into client subdirectories to be saved.  Now that we are on Office 365, I am not locating a way to add the system directories into outlook.

Does anyone have any idea?

What do you mean by "display our system files" or "client subdirectories" or "system directories"?

According to your description, I am not quite sure the feature as you mentioned in the thread.

Can you provide more details about the feature?

I think that in older versions of Outlook, you could browse your file system in the way you describe, but I think that facility was removed a long time ago.  At least, I haven't seen it in a long time, and I can't find a way to do it now.

Your quickest way now, if you had a lot of messages to drag/drop, would be to have an Explorer window side-by-side with your Outlook window, and drag them from Outlook into Explorer.

Or, if you just want to save one message, open it, and go to the File menu, and choose Save As...

Hi,

According to your description, I also found no method to achieve your intention. As this forum focuses on some general discussion about Exchange ,I suggest we can ask a question in office 365 forum for more help :

Thank you for your understanding.
