Hello,

A users Outlook client updates the time recieved on e-mails in his inbox when he replies or forwards them.

If we search for the same e-mails in OWA, they are displayed with the correct time recieved.

Is this an error in his Outlook, or a simpel checkbox that was unintentionally checked?

PLease check message header to confirm the received time.

Outlook.exe /safe switch to check this problem.

Since OWA works fine, I suggest to post this thread to Outlook forum for help.
