Would you be so kind to advise how to perform the following scenario or if there is a work around:

There is a folder Test in the Inbox of the MS Outlook 2007/2010. How can I forward or send out the messages from Test folder in the automated manner to the address outside of the company, i.e. not one by one message?

You can use Rules or VBA. If the company is blocking automatic forwards using rules, you'll need to use VBA.  There are some code samples at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/rules/run-script-rule-change-subject-message/ that show how to forward messages using vba.
