Outlook - Exchange - email sync issues for one account
Server - SBS2008 Outlook 2010 I have an email account called Quarantine that multiple people have access to for reviewing emails. I granted each person access and full control over this account. All users that have access have no issues with this until this week. There is one user that is not able to see the emails within the folder and is getting sync issues. Make sure that this user is not downloading the cache of the shared mailbox. Go to account settings in outlook, more settings, advanced tab and uncheck download shared folders or set the reg key. Restart Outlook. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Cached Mode Name: CacheOthersMail Type: DWORD: Value: 0 If this doesnt help you may be reaching the open item limit. Hi Sync error could be cause by a number of issue such as Addins/the Outlook Profile/Setting on the server, and perhaps there could be a incorrect setting related to the profile or an addins.
