Outlook & Exchange 2007 and calendar autoaccept when outlook closed
Okay in Outlook 2003/7 & Exchange 2003 you could set the client to auto accept meeting requests and if the meetingwas sent with the mailbox as a resource...it would auto accept even if the client was closed. Is there anyway to do this in Outlook & Exhcange 2007? In the past for new employees we would set their account this way and all the orientation meetings would just accept...now someone has to open the mailbox and accept them. This is a normal mailbox....not a resource. Any ideas?

If you're just doing this for the new employees you could load up the meetings onto the calendar using import-mailbox or code it with Exchange Web Services as part of the mailbox provisioning.
