Outlook: stripping text content when sending attachment files / zero byte files in sent items

Hello,

I have 3 x email addresses live in my outlook, 1 x exchange server and 2 IMAP email addresses through another provider.  The exchange server email is fine, operating as expected, no issues.  The other 2 are exhibiting the same problems, when I choose to send a file to a recipient, the text I write is stripped from the email when it is sent, resulting in the attachment being sent with no message.  Also, 95% of the mails I send from these addresses are listed in the sent items mailbox as 0B and the attachment paperclips are not shown.

I'm assuming this is something simple, any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

Peter

Exchange doesn't server multiple masters well in my experience.

I recommend that you post this in the Outlook Forum since this isn't an Exchange issue:  http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/threads
