Outlook: Can you save a copy of email to a folder of choice?
Is there a way to have a sent email save a copy to a specific folder instead of the default "sent items" folder? For example: If I send an email to "Joe" I'd likea copy of that email to be placed in the "My Friend Joe" folder without my having to go to the "Sent Items" folder and dragging it the "My.." folder. Perhaps a BCC to the folder or something like that? Thanks for any help or ideas you may have.

Hi, You could create a copy-rule in Outlook but a better way is to go with the feature called Search Folders Basically its a result window/folder of a beforehand aked question. In your case the folder would be set up to show the resluts of the query for sent items to the recipient address of "Joe".
