Hello,

I am running Office 2013 15.0.4719.1002 Office 365 Proplus (on Win 7 x64).
I am using contacts and added contact picture. Currently, I am having round 1200 contacts.
For round 100 of my contacts, when I open outlook and switch to contact folders and to business card view,
in way of getting scaled contact picture, I get just a grey cadre. For the other ones, photo is correctly displayed.
For both, opening the contact, contact photo is ok.

I tried to adapt zoom, no way.
I tryed copying contacts from OST or to PST, same issue.
Duplicating "failing" contact(s) does not help.
Assigning photo from "failing contacts" to "working contacts", no prob, photo updated.
Checked photo format, in .bmp, .png or .jpeg formatsTryed to reduce color count, no way.
Checked for linked contacts, unlinked to other if any, no change.

I am completely lost with that problem. No additional idea where to look at.

Any idea ?

If you use OWA to check contacts, is there the same issue ?

In addition, I recommend you post this in Office 365 forum also, as this is an on-premises exchange forum, you may get effective solution timely in office 365 forum.

It's outlook local client that has problem with my contacts and
my contacts are stored in a local pst file ...
