Using Office 2007, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. Emails are being flagged as read, even though I have not read them. I can actually visually see this happening. I'll be reading an email and out of the corner of my eye I can see a message "unbolded" randomly. Has anybody had any similar experiences? Thanks,Ryan Poth

One of the reason would be if you are using the Blackberry device. Due to reconcillation option it will make the mails read on handheld as read as well as in outlook. Are you using any third party addins in outlook? My suggestion would be to run the outlook with /safemode and monitor for some time Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

Hi,Some third party dlls may cause the issue.So please disable all the third party add-ins and thenopen outlook in safe mode to check the issue again.Also I'd like to know if this issue occur to all the users.
