Outlook- Unable to display the Inbox Folder
Hello All, We have an issue for an user account.. that when he tries to view the INBOX Folder in outlook., it says unable to display the folder. But, when i open the mailbox using OWA.. i can able to see the INBOX Contents. I tried to open the Users Mailbox From MY email account( As a additional Account) and i can able ti view the INBOX Contents. if i login directly as user account.. then it is not getting displayed. I tried the diferent Outlook Switches like Reset Folders, cleanview etc and none of them works. I even tried to move the mailbox to a different store and then tried it. but no luck. Any other suggestions.. Exchange 2007

Hi Anil, Nope. My mailbox is on Exchange 2007 Server. Yes. I have already tried to remove the SELF Rights from the mailbox and added it again. No luck. When i login the mailbox thru OWA.. i do not see any issues on it. If i login in outlook.. the INBOX is not getting displayed and shows as "Unable to Display". other folders are good.Exchange 2007

As the problematic user’s mailbox can be accessed via OWA, I don’t think that the cause is the mailbox Is the problematic user using roaming profile? Please enable the troubleshooting logging on the problematic machine, and then see if there’s any error info in the log files after reproduced the issueJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
