Out of office reply to persons in cc
Is there a way to configure "out of office assistant" to send messages to persons in CC of the email, besides the sender. I was advised that would require code running on the Exchange server.

If you are using exchange 2007, please try to use the transport rule as a workaround, and then copy the OOF message to other users that you want. For example, set some specific keywords in the OOF template, so the transport rule could be triggered by it If you are using exchange 2010, transport rule has the condition to recognize the OOF message, so you can copy the OOF to another person Resources: How to use the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

You could also try to write an Outlook rule to reply to all but this wont be an OOF message. Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com
