Out of Office Assistant - Rules aren't disabled after OOF is disabled

Hi,

we do have an Exchange 2013 CU8 environment where useres are migrated from Exchange 2007. We have discovered the following error:

If within Outlook 2010/2013 the OOF-Assistant will be enabled together with an Automatic Reply Rule the Rule is still enabled after disabling the OOF. There is no difference if we manually deactivate the OOF or the OOF will be deactivated by time.

Any idea what's causing this?

For Users still residing on Exchange 2007 the rules will also be deactivated.

Update for all of interest:

I've verified this issue on other environments - sounds like a bug. I'll now install CU9 and check if this resolves the issue. If not we will create a case with Microsoft.
