Out Of Office --not really
HI ALL, Thanks in advance. Running Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 for the clients. I have one user/client that has "turned off" the out of office, yet it still sends out of office replies to everyone. Any ideas?

Open mailbox with MFCMapi on theworkstationwhere outlook profile is configured (make sure outlook is configured in NON-cache mode) and delete the OOF rule manually and verify the situation... 1. Locate the Inbox folder. 2. Right-click the Inbox folder, and then click Open Associated Contents Table, which contains the "hidden messages" of the Inbox. 3. Look for items whose message class is IPM.Note.Rules.OofTemplate.Microsoft, select them in the Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Editor window, and then click Delete. Thanks Amit, I enabled the OWA and signed on as the user and turned on the out of office, then I turned the out of office off and that seemed to work. Thanks
