Out Of Office
Hello , My exchange server is 2007 SP3 on Windows server 2008 R2 I have some users who use Outlook Anywhere over HTTP. This users work remotely and their laptops are not joined to domain. This users cannot use their out of office assistant they get this error: "your out of office settings cannot be displayed , because the server is curently unavailable. Try again later" Another users who have their laptops joined to domain and use outlook anywhere over http have no problems. All it is ok. I think is a problem with permisions in IIS (basic vs windows integrated) , but on witch virtual directories ? Thank you.

Gulab is correct 99% of the time this error is because of an Autodiscover configuration problem. Jorge R. Diaz, PMP, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE Senior Microsoft Consultant Planet Technologies, Inc. Check out My Blog!

Hi, a. Open Outlook, on the windows notification area, right click outlook icon and choose "Test E-mail AutoConfirguation" b. Uncheck the options "Use Guessmart" and "Secure Guessmart Authentication". Click test. c. In Log tab, please post the log here for further research. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks Gen Lin-MSFT

Have you ran the test-outlookwebservices cmdlet? Run this on the server with the CAS role installed.
