OutLook 2013 Windows 365
Since I have upgraded my computer to Windows 10  my outlook doesn't work properly. It takes longer to load and longer to go between accounts and my courser flickers like crazy. Is there a fix?

Hi,

Which type of emails account are you using? If you are using an Exchange account, please make sure you have Cached Exchange mode enabled.

Do you have the latest update installed? If not, please make sure you have installed all available updates and then test the issue again.

Please also try using the Office Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT) to scan and fix more Office issues. See:
