Is there a possiblity to control the message text in out-of-office by the administrators?
(Exchange or Outlook Group Policy)
We have an corporate guideline for this text and want it to have that every employee has the same...

I don think this is possible using native exchange tools.

The text cannot be managed centrally. OOTO is basically a rule, and those cannot be modified from the server.
This is something that you will have to mandate with internal policies, rather than Exchange.

Have you seen this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308281
I am not sure if this will apply to exchange 2007.

Good Morning,
We have implemented the exact same principles at my current employer, however it was a case of taking a template round on a memory stick and setting the signatures up for each member of staff. this was a little long winded but it got the job done.
Or if your staff are a little more "tech savvy" you could put the template on a network drive and advise of the location.
