The text cannot be managed centrally. OOTO is basically a rule, and those cannot be modified from the server. This is something that you will have to mandate with internal policies, rather than Exchange. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP. http://blog.sembee.co.uk , http://exbpa.com/

Have you seen this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308281 I am not sure if this will apply to exchange 2007.

Good Morning, We have implemented the exact same principles at my current employer, however it was a case of taking a template round on a memory stick and setting the signatures up for each member of staff. this was a little long winded but it got the job done. Or if your staff are a little more "tech savvy" you could put the template on a network drive and advise of the location. Regards IanRegards Ian McKay System Developer
