Sure...you can use email address policies for this. You have two accepted domains set up already. Create two email address policies and filter the policies to apply to the groups of users that you want. Whatever is in the Email Addresses tab in the user's profile is what email addresses they can receive email on. So get rid of the ones you don't want, set the default (reply as) address appropriately, and create email address policies for future management. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998940(EXCHG.80).aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232171(EXCHG.80).aspxTim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com

Hello, Here's one way to do it: Your default policy should be set for abc.com because that's where you have the bulk of the users. For the 5 users on xyz.com, open Exchange MMC, Recipient Configuration, select the user and properties. In the E-mail address tab, uncheck "AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE E-MAIL..." and select xyz domain as the default. Do this for the 5 xyz users. If you don't want users to receive e-mails on both domains, just remove xyz from the recipient policies. This way abc users will not receive e-mails on xyz domains. For xyz users, follow the same steps above excep that when you click on the e-mail addresses tab, remove abc domain and add xyz domain manually using the + add button.
