Oulook Web access 2003 throwing scripting error -Exchange 2003
We have a DR site which is co-existing with our production exchange orginzation and in DR we have one mailbox server and one OWA SERVER , when we try to view our mailbox throw DR siteOWA then it opens but its not showing preview of any email,we have to double click on mail to see andalso one we click onGALthenits giving error on page in status bar.And even if we go to IIS on DROWA then browse default website and browse thenafter openinga mailbox its throwa script error like thisError:-Line:176Char:1error: Object expectedcode:-0URL: Https://fqdn/exchange/user/inbox/?cmd=contentsDo you want to continue running script on this page?Click YES or NOAside if i moved my mailbox in DR Mailbox then OWA works fine, don't know what was causing OWA when my mailbox was on production.I have compared DR and OUR ORG IIS settings and every thing is similar, No OWA specific error detectingin EXBPA2.8, no error in eventsHave any one faced same issue?Any suggestion please?

Prakash,How about running Exchdump on the org and check to see if there is anything missing in permissions of IIS and stores? Also, I would see if IIS logs on the server in DR site show anything of interest there. Maximising diagnostic logging on HTTP protocol using ESM or registry would also help to determine what is going on.Few links that may be helpful:http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/313437http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Using-Exchange-Dump-Utility-ExchDump.htmlMilind Naphade | MCTS:M | http://www.msexchangegeek.com

Hi, Please try to check if we have other ISAPI filter installed on default web site(Note: You can right click on Default Web Site->Properties->ISAPI Filters). If yes, please try to remove and then check the issue again. Besides, please try to post the detail error information when you click GAL. Regards, Xiu

Prakash, ExchDump will not actually show you any errors but I doubted it being a problem with permissions which seems like a non relevant doubt at this moment. How if you try it from different browsers and different computers? Are you able to conifgure some non mapi client like POP or IMAP using the server in DR site?Well, did you look at IIS logs by any chance if you see anything there? Paste them here if you wish us to look at it (make sure you replace your secure information with dummy in logs before you paste them to public community.)MMilind Naphade | MCTS:M | http://www.msexchangegeek.com
