Org Libary Permissions
I have executed everything in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933358 but I can only create, edit and access forms as an administrator. If I login as a regular network user and try to open a custom form I get this error: "Form Load Failed. You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation."Here are my permissions for the org library:Get-PublicFolderClientPermission: AccessRights : {CreateItems, EditOwnedItems, DeleteOwnedItems, EditAllItems, Fo lderVisible}Get-PublicFolderAdministrativePermission: AccessRights : {AllExtendedRights}What more do I need?Do I need to do a mapi edit on every machine?

The kb article was taken down ... we really need to create an organizational forms library on an Exchange 2007 server today. Anyone have a cached version of the article or basic instructions to set this up?

Due to deemphasizing of public folder, creating an OFL(Organziational Form Library) on 2K7 appears to be possible but finding a piece of info on this appears be very hard. Apparently there was a KB article early this year but, as Jeff noted earlier,MS appears to take down that article. Does anyone have a copy of the 933358 article or instructions? We are pretty stuck here.....

Hi there, I Found a german article a while back, based on the 933358 article. I have NOT tested it, but translated it to dutch for later use. I don't think I will need it, as SP1 will solve this lack of functionality I've heard. This is what they stated in the german article: 1. Create a new public folder: New-PublicFolder -Path "\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\EFORMS REGISTRY" -Name "Organizational Forms Library" 2. Allow appropiate access to the folder using the Set-PublicFolder, Add-PublicFolderClientPermissionand Add-PublicFolderAdministrativePermission cmdlets 3. Create a MAPI profile for a user that has OWNER permissions on the public folder just created. 4. Download and install MFCMAPI 5. Open MFCMapiandselect Session > Logon and Display Store Table 6.DoubleClickPublic Folders in the top pane. 7. Browse to\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\EFORMS REGISTRY 8. In the left column selectEFORMS REGISTRY and chooseModify Extra Properties in the Property Pane menu. 9.SelectADD > Select Property Tag > PR_EFORMS_LOCALE_ID. 10. SelectOK twice 11.Doubleclick PR_EFORMS_LOCALE_ID and enter your language code.Language codes can be found here: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa579489.aspx AGAIN I DID NOT TEST IT, SO BE CAREFUL Cheers, Mark
