I am trying to find out how long a clients calendar items will show after they have passed the alarm date. I have looked around and have yet to find any type of setting/options in exchange system manager. If anyone can please help me out I would greatly appreciate it!

Items listed in tasks would fall under this same question. Not sure if my previousquestion is clear enough... I am trying to find a setting in Exchange Server 2003 that sets a number of days for items (tasks& calendar items)to remain on the clients Outlook. I am not sure if there even is one. Maybe by default it is an unlimited number of days and they never go away. Only reason I thought they might disappear is due to the option regarding deleting email after a certain amount of time selected. Hope this helps better understand my question.
