I am developing Add In for Outlook 2013. I have also created Custom Ribbon button. Now on click of that, I want to open specific url. So how can I achieve this? Please help me on this.

Hi,

If you have trouble assigning an URL to the custom ribbon button, you can follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have created the correct macro under Developers tab in Outlook.

2. Click File tab > Options > Customize Ribbon.

3. Select Macros from the 'Choose commands from' drop-down list.

4. Select the custom ribbon button you created from the right panel.

5. Highlight the macro you created from left panel and click Add button.

6. Now, you can see the macro is added to the custom button:

7. Click OK.

This forum is for general questions and feedback related to Outlook. Since we are not the best resource for coding, if you are asking how to develop the add-in, I'd recommend you post a new question in the Outlook for Developers forum for further assistance:

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
