Open another user's mailbox in Outlook and is not available offline
I have outlook configured using HTTP with a cached mailbox, plus I also have the 'advanced' setting of 'open these other mailboxes' set to open one additional set of folders. Now when I am on the network all is fine, and I can access both folder trees. But when I disconnect from the network I can only access the cached mail in the main mailbox - not in the additional mailbox. I just get the generic 'the set of folders could not be opened' error.I am using Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007. My requirement is that I have a mailbox which need to be access by 3 people in the organization. This mailbox should be available in offline mode. If you have any other solution please let me know.Regards,NzmNzm
