Open a email is very slowly
Dear all The outlook 2007 with outlook anywhere (not run on cach mode) connect to Exchange 2010 Sometimes, the user open a Email is very Slowly or not respond and it persists one or two hours. after one or two hours ( I don't take any action for the outlook or exchange), everything is ok What hapen? and if the happen again, what can I chekc for the Exchange or outlook? thank john

Hi 1. please check client desktop\laptop cpu and memory usage. 2. If you hold down [Ctrl], and then right click on the Outlook tray icon, with Outlook 2007, Connection Status and Test E-mail AutoConfiguration appear. Maybe they will be helpful to you.Terence Yu TechNet Community Support
