Online Archive folder
Hello, once I have a user with online archive database how does the user differentiates between e-mails that are on the original mailbox and those on the online archive, will there be an additional Folder structure in Outlook or it needs to be added ? Thanks

When the Personal/Online archive function is enabled in Exch 2010, then the uses will see a "secondary" mailbox in their Outlook view. The secondary mailbox will be their personal archive mailbox and will have a different description. The archive will be veiwable in OWA 2010, Outlook 2010, and Outlook 2007 (with the December 2010 Outlook updates installed). Does the archive folder displacy in OWA? Also, what version of Outlook are you using? An if Outlook 2010, what is the exact version (Pro Plus, volume licensing, etc.).Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

yes in OWA it is there, it has no folder structure, just deleted items only. Outlook 2010 is the free trial downloaded from Micrososft at this point.
