One user in Dist. Group not receiving e-mails.
We are running Exchange 2010 on Server 2008 and have several Distribution lists setup however we have one called "CompanyEmail" that sends and email to everyone with an email address.  However when 2 users use this Dist. group 1 person is not receiving the emails.  If i send using the Dist. group that user will get my e-mail.  I have checked that this user is in the Dist Group and removed them and re-added them from the group.  Not sure what else to try or how to track the email.  There was something in Exchange 2003 to do this but i can't seem to find the same thing in Exchange 2010 that will show the same info.  Any ideas what may be causing this issue or where i can find the same type of message tracking that was in Exchange 2003?

Hi ,

Please check the below mentioned links and the option which you are expecting is called as message tracking log explorer.

Hi,

From your description, only when 2 specific users send an email to this distribution group, the problematic user cannot receive the email. In your case, I recommend you check if there is any transport rule to prevent these two users from sending messages to this problematic user.

Hope my clarification can be helpful to you.
