I have 2003 Exchange Sever. I have a domain set up. Two of three email accounts are able to send and receive mail, but one of them cannot. They all send mail from the same suffix. They are all set up identically. I am using AD on this server.I am using Server 2003 as the operating system.My settings on all three are the default settings. It worked for a bit, but then ceased.I had a problem with my DSL. My service was temporarily suspended because my email address(yes, the one that won't work)was being used as a spam relay and my website using the same domain name was hijacked and being redirected to a phising site. All this has been corrected.Do I need a new static IP? Or is Exchange at fault?What could be the problem?

Click the Access tab, and then click Relay. Chek the list there.
