One mailbox showing distinguished name on some calendar appointments and at top of printed emails
I have one user who when printing emails (Using Outlook 2013 or in Web App), it shows the recipient as the fully distinguished name, instead of the recipient name. Also, on some calendar entries, the distinguished name also shows (if he is the organiser
of the meeting). I've tried rebuilding the Outlook profile as advised in many other posts and taking off cached mode, but the problem persists. I'm using Exchange 2010.
Any ideas gratefully received.

Hi
Did you try any other version of outlook
Also one possible workaround you can try from this thread
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/officeitpro/thread/2c200fb7-664c-4d81-8a39-51e3e12fba9f
Few steps you can try to alleviate the issue further:
1) Hardcode the client to use one specific CAS server
2) Use the profile in online mode and reproduce the issue
3) Look at the address book log to see if there are any errors related to the user you are working with. Also look at the application log on the CAS server for any GC related issues.
Cheers

Thanks for the reply.
We only have one CAS server, so that rules that out.
I've tried Outlook in non-cached mode and the problem still occurs - also a problem in Web App.
Where would I find the address book log?
I can't see any errors in the application log to suggest a problem with the user in question.

for that DN mailbox, run the Set-Mailbox mailbox -ApplyMandatoryproperties once and remove and re add the mailbox permission and check the status.
