One Note will not let me print an email. I get this alert that I have to use one note once. I have over and over, but it continues to lock up the print button, and continues to give me the same alert.

Is "Before you can use this feature, OneNote must start for the first time." the error you got? This error can appear if you haven't started OneNote previously.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Open OneNote:

• In Windows 7, click the Start button, and then click All Programs. Click the Microsoft Office folder, and then double-click Microsoft OneNote.
• In Windows 8, open OneNote from the Apps menu.

2. Close OneNote by clicking the red 'X' in the upper-right corner.

3. Open Outlook, then open OneNote.
