One Exchange Server, Two Domains, 6 Users
Hi Guys, I have a customer that has an existing domain that I will call current.com.au. He has recently started a new business that I will call new.com.au He has domain names registered and hosted for both and the MX records for the domains are both pointing to the same fixed IP address which is the external IP address for the business. The current domain is working fine, and I have added the new domain for the users using recipient policies and they are receiving email for the new domain without problems. However... He has just informed me that he will want his users to be able to send out email with the new address of (user@new.com.au) in addition to being able to continue sending email using (user@current.com.au). This is the curly one, so far, I have'nt been able to see a resolution to this problem. He has Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP3.Does anyone have a solution that I can employ to fix this problem? Regards Paul

I can think ofan only wayaround your problem is to create two mailboxes for thethe sameindividual with two differentuser accounts. First mailbox with current.com.au andsecond with old.com.au orvice versa.Have both userssend as permissions granted on each other and then add both mailboxes to a single outlookprofile. Lengthy and hectic process but thats the only way to do it. If anyone else has a comment to post, you may also want to wait for it.M
