One Drive Personal Windows 2013 Problems

Each time I try to open certain word documents over half don't open and pop-up states to check permission, memory or use FileFormatConverters.exe

For Example, yesterday I used a old template that I had stored on my desk top saved, emailed to self to send today and now won't open.  I search FileFormatConverters.exe  p but nothing comes up.

What do I need to do to view all my old word documents?  Thanks

Hi,

I need more details about this scenario to tell what the problem is.

Are the documents stored in the sync folder of OneDrive in local?

I want to know the exact error message it promprts so that I can do more research on it.

In addition, let me know the file extensions of which files you try to open.
