Hi,

Have you tried it with Outlook already open? I assume you are running OneNote 2010

Hi,

Please try the following method which has resolved the same problem for some users:

1. Open Registry Editor.

2. Right click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and select New > Key, name it 'Outlook.Application'.

3. Add the sub-key 'CLSID' under 'Outlook.Application'.

4. Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application.14\CLSID, double click to open the Default value, copy the value data and paste it into the Default value under the newly created HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application\CLSID sub-key.

5. Add another sub-key 'CurVer' under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application. Double click the Default value in the newly created sub-key 'CurVer' and change the value data to Outlook.Application.14.

Please let me know if this works.
