I have Windows 7x64 SP1 all patches.  I have IE 11 latest patches.  I have office 2013 latest patches.  Last night I sent a page to OneNote 2013 as I have done for years, yes, years.  No issue.  Turned off system for the night.  Turned on system next morning.  No updates of any kind.  Fast boot up.  Saw something on IE 11 I wanted to save in OneNote. Selected appropriate right-click menu entry and get the message that I need to start OneNote for the first time.  Strange.  Killed IE, started ON, saw the page from last night, killed ON, restarted ON, restarted IE, right-click, then same "Start OneNote first time..."  I have searched the Internet and this forum, nothing on the issue.  Any ideas before I uninstall and reinstall?
