OneNote 2013 Crahes when Send to OneNote is set to Insert long printouts on multiple pages

I am having trouble with using the Send To OneNote feature.

If I have is set to Insert long printouts on multiple pages (under advanced settings), OneNote will crash as it is inserting the document.  Specifically, if I try to send up to nine pages of a word or pdf document, it inserts them as one page in my notebook.  As soon as I try to send 10 or more pages, OneNote crashes.  I believe this is because it is trying to insert them as multiple pages.

If I disable "Insert long printouts on multiple pages" it will print more than 10 pages to OneNote.  However, I prefer to have long documents split onto multiple pages.

I have tried repairing Office (long and extended method), uninstalling and reinstalling OneNote (using "program features and settings" and the Microsoft office uninstall tool).  I have had no luck figuring out this problem.

I need your help.

thank you

Hi,

Please try deleting the "Send to OneNote" registry key and then repairing Office to see the result. To do this, please follow:

1. Exit all Office programs.

2. Press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type regedit and press Enter.

3. Locate the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\Send To OneNote 2013

4. Right-Click Send To OneNote 2013 in the left pane, click Delete, and then click Yes.

5. Repair Office 2013 as per:

https://support.office.com/en-NZ/Article/Repair-an-Office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b

You might need to restart your computer after the repair is complete.

6. Open OneNote and test the issue again.
