OneDrive Error 0X800c0005

Hello - I have a user with a Microsoft Surface with Windows 8.1 and he logs onto our Company Domain. When he logs on he immediately gets the error - "OneDrive Options -  Your PC isn't connected to the internet. (Error code 0X800c0005)

The Surface is in fact connected to the internet and has all intranet and internet access.
I have looked around all settings and can not find any startup variable about this

This user has a business Office 365 account as well.
The Surface is sitting in its dock and plugged in with an Ethernet cable
He logs on with his AD account to company network domain

Hi,

Usually this error message means there is a connection issue in the company, please contact your company system administrator to check if there is any block or limitation of the connection to OneDrive. You can also disable the firewall on the Surface temporarily to check the result.

If you use proxy on the Surface, I suggest you disable it to check if the problem persists.

By the way, as you mentioned Office 365, do you use OneDrive or OneDrive for Business on the machine?
