Older Tasks not been see in Outlook 2013 using Office 365

I am using Outlook 2013 for the pass year via my company we use Office 365 in the cloud also. I just notice that my task from previous years is not been seen in the preview panel. I only see items from 2015, what could be causing this.

More information email account that is configured in Outlook is   Microsoft Exchange.

I am only missing the task data not email. When I do go to the web and use Office 365 task all items are there.

In Exchange Online, the default retention tag applies to the Tasks folder as well, so there is a possibility that those items have been moved to the archive mailbox. However, if you are able to see them via OWA, the issue is either with corrupted local profile (in which case recreate it) or with the 'cache slider' option not set to download all older items (unlikely, as you don't seem to be missing any mail) or synchronization filtering configured on the tasks folder (switch to folders view, select Tasks, Properties, Synchronization, check for any filters).

Hi computman,

I recommend you post this in Office 365 forum also, as this is an on-premise exchange forum.

Thanks for understanding!

Best regards,
