Old Free Busy Folders
I have a lot of old free/busy folders that I don't believe are in use anymore and would like to get rid of them if they're not needed. How do I confirm whether or not a free/busy folder is in use? I am currently in Exchange 2003 and 2010 coexistance and have had many free/busy problems and would like to clean things up a bit to make my troubleshooting easier. Thanks! Brian

Those folders are not going to make any difference at all..if you still want to delete it u can do it from the Public Folder Management console.Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

Hi, First, I would like to confirm the following questions: 1. What’s the detail Free Busy problem? 2. Is there any user mailbox in Exchange 2003 environment? 3. How do you see that there are many Free Busy folders, via ESM or certain tool? Meanwhile, please check whether there is any Event error about Free Busy. If so, please post it here for research.
