I don't know if it is related, but all cached mode clients are not updating there address book from the server any more. Checked Properties of Mailbox Stores, see if the offline address list is set 2. Please ensure that offline address list has set properly a. Go to ESM-> Recipients-> Offline Address Lists b. In the right-pane, double-click your offline address list object. Verify there a valid global address list c. Right-click the offline address list object again, click Set as New Default if itis not set before d. If you made any changes, right-click the offline address list object, and click Rebuild 3. Please check if SiteFolderServer attribute points to the right public store on the problematic users server [Procedure] 4. Get a issued user, perform a full OAB download for the user to test the OAB function a. Please try to perform a full download for OAB b. After full download has completed, an event 27 will be logged on the application log of client no matter its successful or not.
