Offline Address book not updating after switch failover exchange server to primary.
After work on the exchange, we have switched failover exchange server to primary exchange server.
However, after that, everyone's offline address book has stopped updating.
If I blow away and recreate user profile, it works.
I cannot do this for 400 users...
Anyone know what is causing this?

Is this an Exchange 2007 CCR cluster? If so, the issue has to due with the current 'primary' node not having a setting for the OAB generation. See these posts for information:

Someone who went through the same issue -

The solution is either a registry fix or failing back to the other CCR cluster node. JAUCG

Hi,
Make sure that your OAB generation server should be virtual instance name of the Exchange cluster. (CMS)
