Hi Any update for your issue, as ED refered it is normal. If the OAB still hanging, Please check the whether all the users has the issue or special user has. Regards! gavin

Any event log errors? I was about to say it may be certificate related till I saw that you still have the URL set to http, not https which is fine and is the default due to the self-signed certificate not supporting BITS which is what the OAB uses.
