Hi, I am using office outlook for exchange mails. I keep getting this problem redundantly. I just reboot my computer, so it is not some accumulated junk that is causing the problem. This error message generally happens when I have over 20 e-mails opens OR when I try to create folders to file my e-mails. Please see if it can be fixed. How to Find out if there is a limit that I can increase so I can open more documents? Thank You

Thank you for response. The error message " cannot create the folder your server administrator has limited the number of item you can open simultaneously. Try closing messages you are open or removing attachments and images from unsent messages you are composing" Please, help me as early as possible. Thank you Abdul Shakoor

Check Info: 1. Are you an end user or mail server administrator? Can you tell me the version of exchange server and outlook client? 2. Do other your colleagues appear the same symptom? If not, could you try to create your mail profile on their PC and see if your issue still occurs Notes: If the issue cant persist on another PC, we can isolate the issue your local PC 3. Please launch the outlook on your PC in the safe mode, see if the issue can be reproduced Start->Run->outlook /safe
