Our Desktops/Laptops will activate Windows 7 Professional client with MAK type. But for Office 2013, we will activate with KMS type.

I'm not sure. Does client should be activate in the same type??, Please advise.

They do not have to be the same type.

It is more commonly implemented for both Windows and Office to be KMS, but I have done Windows as KMS and Office as MAK. I have not tried Windows as MAK and Office as KMS.
