I have a Sony Vaio with my firms full version of Office 2007 I also have a Norton email spam plug in. I have two email accounts. My junk email setting don'tretain my selection of NO filtering. It changes to low filtering from no filtering randomly but always on strating the program. Therefore lots of my Norton Spam goes into my junk folder. I have set a rule to move the spam marked NortonAntiSpam from the junk folder but it only works if I run it manually and then not on all emails. I am sick of having to check two different folders constantly. I have run Diagnostics but no problems were found. It would be a huge relief is someone could sort out this problem. I have searched forums and tried to put it right for nearly a year. Thank you.
