Ican't my outlook to send items.

Hi,

As the description is quite simple, I may not provide the accurate solution.

What type of account are you using? What error message do you get?

First of all, please make sure the account settings are all correct, especially the outgoing email server and port. You will need to ask the ISP for them.

Then you should also disable the firewall to test if the emails can be sent, some incorrect settings will not allow emails to be sent.

If you have upgraded to Windows 10, you may need to run sfc /scannow from an elevated Command Prompt and reboot your computer afterwards;

  1. Right click on the Start button of Windows and choose: Command Prompt (Admin).
    • If you dont see this, instead choose: Windows PowerShell (Admin)
  2. Behind the prompt type: sfc /scannow
    (note the space in the command)
  3. Wait until the process completes.
  4. Restart your computer.
