Office Outlook - Voting Option Not Tracking Responses

I created an email sent it company wide and required responses via the voting option.

In the meantime I moved the email from my Sent folder to a sub folder so I could find it faster when I wanted to review the responses.

I've received many responses (25-30) to the email, with voting replies.

I opened my email to review the tracking and only 1 person's response appears.

I'm missing all the other voting responses, why is that? Was I not supposed to move the email/invite from the Sent folder?

How do I find out who voted for what now, do I have to manually sort through all my emails and manually record their voting options?

Please help!

Hi,

This issue is caused because you moved the email to a sub folder.

If you don't move the email and keep it in the Sent Items, all responses can be tracked; if you move the email to another folder, all the responses sent after this will not be tracked.

I did the test on my side, it worked as I described above.

In short, just keep the email in Sent Items and don't move it.

Regards.

If the original sent email has been moved out of sent, if it's moved back is there a way to update the email so the tracking works again?  Barring that, is there a way to manually update the tracking information?
