I installed subject program on three laptops more than one year ago.  I'm now retiring two of these laptops (old & slow) and have removed Office from these devices.  I attempted to load on my new laptop but I'm getting messages that inform me that I used up the possible 3 installs.  How do I get Microsoft to reset my allowable installs?
