Is there Office Deployment Tool for Click-to-Run 64bit?

I got only x86 from this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36778, not sure whether there is x64 for this tool

No, the tool for the x86 and x64 editions of Office 2013.
