Office Applications Won't Start
I've been using Office Home and Business 2013 for less than a week and yesterday I went to open Outlook, but nothing happened. I tried a couple of times and even opened up Task Manager and there was no instance of Outlook.exe running. I restarted, thinking that would fix the problem, but that didn't work either. I noticed under Services, that the Microsoft Office Service is stuck on Starting. I can't end the service or restart it. I tried doing both repair options but both of them come back saying it couldn't repair Office. I thought about uninstalling and reinstalling but I didn't know if my license would allow me to reinstall. Any ideas?

Hi,

Did you start  the Outlook successfully sometime? Did the other programs work fine?

I recommend we visit www.office.com/myaccount on the PC and you install Office on, and then sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to purchase the subscription. Once signed in, click Install Office and follow the onscreen instructions.

Please ensure you are signed in with the Microsoft account that you want to associate with your Office product.
