Office 365 will not activate
I am working with a client and Office 365 will not activate.  I verified that the test account I am using has a license assigned to it.  The company is using a federated model with ADFS 2.0.  I am able to log into the portal with the test account so I do not think it is ADFS.  They use Kaspersky 10.2.1.23 as anti-virus.  Could this be blocking the activation?  Any other thoughts?

I ran OSPP.VBS /act and I get error code 0xC004F017 - The software license sevice reported that the license is not installed.

Hi,

This issue may be related to the anti-virus programs, to verify this, is it possible to temporarily disable it for that user?

If Office 365 is activated via proxy, make sure these addresses and IPs are added as exception, then check the result again.
